教会の敷地でミャオミャオ鳴いてる子猫を発見したんです。年齢知りたいわけなんですよ！もう歯もあったし目も開いてて歩いたり遊んだりもしてたんですけど年齢どうにも判別つかなくて。 〔I found a mewing kitten outsude a church and i cant tell his age! His teeth are in and his eyes are open and he plays and walks but i cant tell his age.〕

歯と歯茎の色で大抵判別可能。あと耳の色も。綺麗な薄ピンク色なら相当幼いことは確実。鳴くかどうかも判別要素になる。鳴き声の高低に関わらずとにかく鳴くうえに人懐っこい感じなら若い。鳴かずに逃げてくばっかりだったらわりと年齢重ねてる可能性あり。以前の飼い主の嫌な記憶が原因とかでね。とにかくいずれにしても放っておかずに拾ってあげようというその心意気に触れ嬉しい気持ちにさせられました。絶対いい子だと思うし大事にしてあげてくださいね。 〔Usually you can tell by the color of his teeth and gums. Also check his ears if they are a light pink and clean he must be very young and also by his meow if it's high or low and if he is friendly he is young but if he won't meow and hides then he is probably an older cat because he could of had memories of his previous owners that could have been mean but either way I bet he is a good cat and it makes me smile that you picked him up and took him home instead of leaving him.〕

前乳歯が生えてる状態であれば少なくとも生後7週は経ってるはず。つまり親離れ可能な年齢、そこがご心配なのであればお気になさらぬよう。 〔if the front baby teeth are in it is probably atleast seven weeks old so he is old enough to be away from mommy if that is what you are worried about.〕

歯が生えてくるのは生後5週目からですよ。生後5週から6週の時期にささっと生えてすぐに乳離れです。目色も判定要素になりますね。最初は青で生後6週から8週の時期に色変わり。なので目色が既に青でなかったら迷わず獣医さんにおまかせ、というのがベストな回答になり得ることでしょう。 〔Teeth come in during the fourth week.
