お父さんが仕事で行く予定で、もしかしたら私もついてくことになるかもしれないわけなんです。んで治安とかどうなのかなって・・・たとえば13歳女子がひとりで歩き回っても大丈夫なレベルなのかなとか・・・安全性はどれくらいですか？ヨルダンのことご存知の方おられましたらぜひとも教えていただければと。よろしく！ 〔my dad is going there for a work trip and he said I might be going with him but i need to do research on how dangerous it would be.. especially for a 13 year old girl to be walking around alone.. anyone know anything about Jordan and how safe it is? thanks!〕

どこにでも言えることだが、安全地帯と非安全地帯の両方を備えた場所が多い。ヨルダンは国境付近の一部地域を除けば大体安全と見てよろしい。慣習面のエチケットには充分に気を払っておくこと。衆目に対して悪印象を与えぬようにね。大体どこの国であっても集団行動こそが最も安全。治安最良レベルの場所であっても同様。 〔Many places have possible area that are safe or not safe, Jordan is generally considered safe, with some problematic places near the borders.Be careful of cultural etiquette as that may garner negative attention. Walking around in a group is the safe thing to do in most countries, even those that are safest.〕

いやいやお嬢ちゃんね、ヨルダンが危険とかそんなこと全然ありませんよ。とりあえずうちの家族がいるとこなんかはそんなことない。うち母方がヨルダンだから結構行くことあんだよね。危ない目に遭ったこととかこれまで一切なし。家族もここんとこずっと住んでんだけどヤバいこととか一切起きたことないよ。まあそんな感じだから気楽に楽しんできてちょうだいよ。絶対おもしろい旅になると思うし怖いこととか現実にはなんも起きないからさ。 〔Oh honey Jordan is not dangerous at all.pr at least where my family is it isn't.you see my mothers side of the family is from Jordan and we usually visit often. なぜイスラエル部門でそれを聞くのかちょっと解せないところ。まあとりあえず答えておきますと、自身の訪問経験や現在進行形の伝聞から判断するに、大体安全な国です。13歳の女子とのことなら、ヨルダンに限らず全てのアラブ諸国に断言できることですが、付き人あるいは友人を常に随行させておいたほうがよろしいかも。ヨルダンで13歳の女の子がひとりで出歩いている姿なんてほとんど、というかおそらく一切見ることはできませんよ。 〔I'm a little unsure as to why you're posting this in the Israel travel section. But, Jordan is generally a safe country, I've been there and I'm still here to tell the tale. A thirteen year old girl may want to make sure she's with a chaperone or friends at all times, and this should be the case in all Arabic countries. You won't see many if any thirteen year old Jordanian girls on their own.〕
