フラミンゴですと喫煙可能な部屋と禁煙の部屋の両方が用意されております。禁煙室のほうに泊まったことがありましたけど、煙草の匂いは皆無でしたね。ルクソールにも泊まったことがありましたけど、同じく煙草の匂いは一切なかったです。禁煙部屋での喫煙に対しホテルは厳しい罰金を科しているのが普通ですので、どちらのホテルをお選びになっても大丈夫なはず。 〔The Flamingo offers both smoking and non smoking room. We stayed in one of the non-smoking rooms and didn't smell any smoke. I also stayed in the Luxor and didn't smell anything there either. Hotels usually impose heavy cleaning fines on guests who smoke in the non-smoking rooms. You should be okay no matter which hotel you choose.〕

カジノリゾートで全館全室禁煙というのは存在しません。禁煙室が用意されてはおりますけどね。私もタバコの煙に対して非常に敏感（アレルギーではありませんが）な人間なのですが、ベガスのホテルやカジノでタバコの煙に悩まされたことは一度もありませんね。カジノフロアには優秀な空気清浄機構が備えられておりますので、煙害を感じさせられるようなことはまずありません。 〔None of the casino resorts are non-smoking. But there are non-smoking rooms in them. I'm very sensitive to cigarette smoke (but not allergic) and have never been bothered by it in a Vegas hotel or casino. They use great air filtration systems, so there is no smoky feel on the casino floor anymore.〕
ただですね、一切の煙と 絶 対 無縁でありたいとのことであれば、ヴィダラをオススメいたしますね。ストリップ地区のシティーセンター街区に位置する非ギャンブル系のリゾートで、当地の禁煙リゾート最高峰。次点はシグネチャー・アット・MGMかな。MGM系列ではあるんですけど、また別個のリゾート。入り口の場所がストリップから800メートル程度の離れ、という点で利便性には優れておりませんけどね。 〔But if you MUST avoid all smoke, then I'd suggest Vdara. It's a non-gaming resort in the City Center complex on the strip. It's the best located of the non-smoking resorts. Next, I'd suggest Signature at MGM. It's affiliated with MGM, but is a separate resort. It's not quite as convenient, with its entrance being about a half mile from the strip.〕

禁煙のカジノは存在しません。ホテルとレストランならもれなく禁煙ですけどね。禁煙室をあらかじめ予約されたし。 〔There are NO non smoking casinos but ALL hotels and restaurants are non smoking. Just ask for a non smoking room〕

カジノはどこも喫煙可ですが禁煙エリアを設置しているところもあります。昔あったシルバーシティーは全館禁煙にしてから2年も経たずに廃業という結末に。 〔All casinos allow smoking but some have designated non smoking areas. Years ago Silver City was totally non smoking and went broke within less than two years.〕

禁煙方針遵守のうえで喫煙客を徹底排除しているホテルは多数存在すると思いますが、やはり先立つ形で案内サービスに連絡を入れたうえで、ご自身の要望に正確にマッチした部屋をお探しになるのが得策でしょうね。 〔I think there are many hotels that strictly reject smokers and follow the policy of no smoking religiously but just to be sure you can try contacting a concierge service and tell them your specifications for the room and they will surely get you one that fits you the best.〕
