一応。然るに現実問題としては、現状なし。プレステ3をエミュレーションする試みを拝見させていただいたことがあります。低レベルにではありましたが、XMBが再現できていました。しかし実際ゲームを動かすとなると全く話が違ってくる。現時点ではやはり不可能です。そもそもコンソール/コンピューターのシステムをそのまま再現するのがすなわちエミュレーション。つまりプレステ3をソフトウェアとして生成するわけです。そしてそれに際しては実機を遥かに超える性能が必要とされます。そのような性能を有するパソコンは現状存在しません。そのうえプレステ3というのは他のコンソールを遥かに上回る恐ろしいほど複雑な構造を有しています。まともなエミュレーターの登場までには相応の年月を要することになるでしょう。プレステ2のエミュレーションすら未だ完成レベルではない、というか完成とは程遠いレベルで、エックスボックスのエミュレーションに至っては元祖機ですらまるで不可能なのが現実。現時点でプレステ3やエックスボックス360をプレイ可能だと謳うエミュレーターはもれなく偽物、おそらくウイルスなどのマルウェアでしょうね。そもそも現世代機のゲームが動かせるほどの高性能なパソコンをお持ちの場合、普通にパソコン版を選べばいいだけの話。 〔Kind of. But running a game, in a playable state is entirely different, and really isn't possible right now. Emulation essentially simulates a console/computer architecture on the host machine. This involves basically creating a ps3 in software form. Which takes an awful lot more power than the original system to pull off. No pc so powerful exists at the moment. On top of that ps3's architecture is incredibly complex, far more than most consoles, It will be some times until we see a real emulator, even ps2 emulation still isn't perfect, far from it infact, Even original xbox emulation just doesn't work at all. Any emulator that claims to play ps3 or xbox 360 games at the moment is a scam, and probably a virus, or some other form of malware. If you have a high end pc that may be capable of running current gen console games, you may as well just play the pc version anyway.〕

ごくごく簡素なものが存在してはいるのですが、非公式ROMを若干動かせるだけで、正規ソフトは不可、しかも動作が非常に重い。今の高スペックPCであっても、PS2のエミュレーションならわりと良好に機能するのですが、PS3のエミュレーションとなると全く能力不足。 〔There is one very basic PS3 emulator, that only handles some homebrew and no real games, and very slowly at that. PCとPS3ではCPUが大きく異なっています。PS3のシステムというのはそこまで極端に高度なものではないのですが、大変複雑な構造につき、PC上での駆動は不可能。実機を購入するのが得策。そちらのほうが遥かに安く付きます。もしくはPCゲームにしておくことですね。 〔PC and PS3's CPU are very different from each other. 動作するやつが1つありはしますが超ハイスペックなPCですら数フレームを数分動かせるだけ。プレステ3や類似ゲーム機をエミュレートするにはPCはまだまだ性能不足。未だにプレステ2すら満足に動かないのに。 〔there is one that works but even with a really high end PC build it can run a few frames a minute only . いえ現時点では存在しません。PCの進化に伴い将来的には実現しうるでしょうが、現時点では、ありえません。PCを凌駕する性能ですからね。PS2のエミュレートすら困難なのが現状で、ソフトによっては微動だにしません。 〔No, there`s not at the moment. PS2のエミュレーターすら昨今のマシンであっても非常に動作困難なのが現状。PS3のエミュレーターが安定的に動作する望みは存在しえません。世に出ているのはPS2、ゲームキューブ、Wii（一部のソフト）、それと言うまでもなくこれら以前のコンソールのもの。Xボックスについては存じません。 〔Right now even the PS2 emulator is very taxing on even the current systems and there is no way a stable version of a PS3 emulator could run. All that are out are PS2, Gamecube, Wii (Some of the games) and of course the older consoles. Not sure about Xboxs.〕

まずコンソールのエミュレートにあたっては、そのコンソールの実機以上の性能を有するPCが必要になります。携帯型ゲーム機や2002年以前のコンソール機の場合は見事なレベルでエミュレート可能。PCのほうが遥かに高性能ですからね。 〔For emulation to work, the host PC has to be substantially more powerful than the console it is trying to emulate. Emulation works so well on most handhelds and most pre-2002 consoles because the PC is much stronger than said consoles.〕
とはいえドルフィン（Wii・ゲームキューブのエミュ）とPCSX2（PS2のエミュ）ですら標準的なPCでの駆動は難しく、高性能なPCが必要になってくることを踏まえれば、やはりPS3の場合は相当高度なゲーム環境を整えぬ限り絶望的ですね。 〔But given that most typical PCs would have trouble running Dolphin (Wii/Gamecube emu) and PCSX2 (PS2 emu) requiring a high-end PC, then a PS3 would definitely be out of reach unless you have a powerful gaming rig.〕

もちろん存在しますし当方もいつも使用しております。非常に高性能なグラフィックカード（GTX680またはラデオン7970にi7-3770K以上）が必要になるので敢えてお奨めは致しませんがね。煩わしさとも無縁な実機を購入するのが得策かと。ROMの入手も一苦労ですしトレントでの入手に際してはウイルス感染リスクもありで。当方のPCは2500ドルのシロモノですが、プレステ3のしょうもないソフトなんぞよりPCゲームのほうを優先しますね（まあプレステ3にも面白いのはありますがね）。 〔Absolutely I emulate ps3 games all the time. I wouldn't recommend it thought unless you have a very powerful graphics card (gtx680 or radeon 7970 and above and an i7 3770k or above) I would buy a ps3 instead and save yourself the hassle. Getting ROMs to play is a pain and you risk getting viruses using all those torrents. My pc is worth 2500$ and I would rather play a PC game over a crummy ps3 game anyway (although some ps3 game are fun)〕

プレステ2のCPUは400メガヘルツのシングルコア。プレステ2のエミュレータを動かすためには3.0ギガヘルツ以上のデュアルコアとかが必要になる。 〔a ps2 has a single core 400mhz cpu. to play ps2 emulator, you need like a 3.0ghz dual core or better cpu.〕
プレステ3のCPUは8基3.2ギガヘルツなうえに 非 常 に 複雑な構造。 〔a ps3 has a 3.2ghz 8 threaded cpu and its a VERY complex architecture.〕

9.0ギガヘルツ超のi7-3770K/4770Kみたいなやつがリアルに必要になるわけだ。そしてそれを維持するための液体窒素冷却システムに掛かる膨大な費用ｗ 〔you would seriously need like a 9.0ghz+ i7 3770k/4770k or better. and im not even sure if its possible with liquid nitrogen cooling which would cost thousand and thousands of dollars to maintain lol〕
