もちろんです。どのスポーツだろうと選手はステロイドを使うもんなのです。ただ使用効果が野球ほどには現れないという点で違いもありますがね。要するにボールを打つのではなくカゴに入れる競技ですのでね。大した決定打にはならんわけなのですよね。 〔Yes, in every sport players do steroids. NBAにドーピング薬物使用者が存在しないなどという発想は甘い考えですね。使用者はほぼ全てのスポーツに存在してますよ。バスケだけが例外などとは到底考えられない。大金が動く。時には簡単に契約を打ち切られてしまう。そのような環境にあって目標達成のためにはリスクを厭わないという人間がどれだけの数にのぼるか考えてみましょう。 〔It would be naive to think that no NBA players have used performance enhancing drugs. Athletes in nearly every sport use them, I don't see why basketball would be the exception. When there are millions of dollars and an NBA contracts at stake, you shouldn't underestimate the risks people are willing to take to achieve their goals.〕

バスケ選手でステロイド使用者というのは聞いたことありませんが、NBAにもムキムキ連中は結構いますからね。ベン・ウォーレス、レブロン、ドワイト・ハワード、さらには守備のデレック・フィッシャーまでも。それでもNBA選手は漏れなくステロイドとは無縁であると当方は信じてますよ。 〔I have never heard of a basketball player doing steriods, but the NBA does have some pretty buff guys, like Ben Wallace, LeBron, Dwight Howard, and even Derek Fisher, for a guard. Still, even though they are buff, I think all NBA players are clean of steriods〕
