本日ラスベガスにて借金をしたく高利貸を探し求めています。1000ドル必要なんです。金利は60%までお支払い可能です。租税還付金が入る予定なのでそこから払えます。適法性とかそういう話はとりあえず置いておきたい。そういうの気にしない人間もいるってことをわかっていたただければと。どれだけリスクがあるとかそういう話も結構です。そんなのわかってますんで。バカですよね自分。でもそれでいいんです。ちなみに子持ち。生き甲斐です。代わりに返済してくれるかも。とにかく情報をお持ちでしたらぜひともお願いいたします。よろしく。 〔I am looking to get a loan from a loan shark in Las Vegas today. まずネット上で見つけることは不可能。そもそも違法にあたる闇金業者や個人の高利貸屋が事業情報をネット上に公開するなどありえないこと。摘発されるだけですからね。 〔You don't find loan sharks online as they are illegal and nobody would ever list a loan shark's details online or that person would be arrested〕
市街に佇むいかがわしさ満点の酒場に足を運んでみます。そう、バイクが山盛り停まっているような酒場、入り口前で喧嘩が発生しているような酒場ですね。いきなり借金を申し込んだりするのは避けられますよう。席に座ってバーテンダーに話し掛けてみる。そして自分がどれだけ悲惨な境遇にあるのか、どれだけ厳しい状況に置かれているのか、そんな身の上話を始めてみる。しばらく飲んだあとに満を持して持ち掛けてみる。個人でお金を貸し付けてくれる人をご存知ありませんかと。高利貸という言葉を用いたり急に融資を申し込んだりするのは避けられたし。内偵捜査員だと思われてしまいますのでね。 〔You go to the dodgiest bar you can find, the type that has lots of motorcycles and beat up pick ups out front. もはや存在しないわけなんですよ。もれなく正式な事業者になっておられるわけなんですよ。上限金利が撤廃されましてね。つまり闇金業者が晴れて合法事業者になったわけなんですよ。（笑）ペイデイローン業者は300%の利率設定ですよ。小切手にサイン。返済期日に不渡り出したらそのまま役所の詐欺対策課に持ち込まれそして刑務所送りという。（笑）すべては合法。すなわち不法な貸金業者というもの自体がそもそも存在しないということなのです。 〔They don't exist here any more.
