ありますよ。あの“M”の標識が店先にデカデカとあったりはしませんがね。 〔Yes. But they don't have the big "M" signs out front.〕
スペイン広場の真横に巨大な店舗が存在してますが、あそこも小さな銅の標識が入り口脇にあるのみです。 〔There is a very large McDonald's right next to the Spanish Steps only identified by a small brass sign on the wall next to the door.〕

ありますよ結構。テルミニ駅の向かいにひとつ、スペイン広場の近くにひとつ、ほかいくつか。 〔There are a bunch of McDonald's. There's one right across the street from Termini Station, and the one near the Spanish Steps (Scalinata di Spagna), and a few others.〕
ケチャップだけで20セント（ユーロですが）も取られます。 〔They charge you 20 cents (euro) for ketchup.〕

結構あります。イタリアマクドナルドの公式サイト参照。でも現地の良さげなレストランとかカフェが山ほどあるのにどうしてマクドナルドの残飯なんかを漁りにいこうとしてるんよ。 〔There are plenty of them, just check on the McDonald's Italian website. But why bother going to McDonald's, and eating that rubbish, when you'll be surrounded by good Italian restaurants and cafes serving great Italian food.〕

パンテオンの真向かいにもありますね。目をものすごい凝らして注視しないと窓のロゴすら発見できない状態ですけど。軒先のほうの席がピザ屋と一体になってます。というかもっとマシなグルメが山ほどあるのに。自分だったらスパゲッティとかカチョエペペとかサルティンボッカみたいな現地の名物を食べに行きますけどね。 〔There's also one directly across from the Pantheon although you wouldn't recognize it as a McDonald's from the outside unless you look very carefully at the windows to see the logo. It blends in with the other restaurants with outdoor tables around the piazza. There are tons of better places to eat in Rome though. I'd look for a place where you can get spaghetti cacio e pepe, saltimboca or some other local specialty.〕
