いち英語話者の観点（そもそも英語でなされた質問ですからね）からすれば、ドイツ語のほうが全然楽に習得可能。よく英語は“ゲルマン系”の言語と言われますよね。様々な点でドイツ語と類似しておりますし、成り立ちの面で共通性を有しております。一方ポーランド語は“スラブ系”の（チェコ語、スロバキア語、ロシア語、などなどと同じ）言語。すなわち英語とポーランド語の語彙および文法の差異は英語とドイツ語のそれを大きく上回るということ。加えて（そこまで大きな問題というわけじゃございませんが）、ポーランド語はアルファベットが英語のそれとは若干異なっております。 〔From the point of view of an English-speaker (which I'm assuming since you're asking the question in English), German is much easier to learn. English is often called a "Germanic" language because it is similar in many ways to German, and shares some commonalities in terms of its origin. Polish, on the other hand is a "slavic" language (as are Czech, Slovak, Russian, and several others). That means that the differences in vocabulary and grammar between English and Polish are much greater than between English and German. Additionally (though this is not the greatest issue by far), Polish uses a slightly different alphabet from English.〕

ポーランド語です。格構造の複雑さや、ゲルマン系言語を基準に見たら奇妙とすら言えよう綴りの数々。それにスラブ系言語の時点でドイツ語よりも“異邦”な代物になりますからね。英語の話者にとっては。 〔Polish is harder because of its more complex case system, its spelling is odd compared to Germanic languages, and being a Slavic language makes it more "foreign" to English speakers than German is.〕

ポーランド語のほうが習得難易度高めだと思います。なによりドイツ語は英単語と似た単語を多量に有しておりますがゆえ、会話の面でハードルがさほど高くないのでね。 〔I think it's more difficult to learn to learn Polish. I just feel that German has many words that are similar to English, so if you speak it, it shouldn't be that big of a problem.〕

どちらも難解な言語ではありますけども、馴染んで規則とコツをつかめば幾分やさしくなってきます。格変化の多さはポーランド語ですね。もうやたらめったら変化しまくりのようにも感じられるでしょう。人名までもが変化の対象なのですから。 〔Both languages are really difficult, but once you know and remember the rules and practise it gets a little easier. まったくわかりません、でもとりあえず、ドイツ語って世界第3の難解言語ですよね。そんでさらにややっこしいのがポーランド語なんだと思います。つづりアホっぽすぎだし。 〔I have no idea, but I know German is the third hardest language in the world, I think Polish would be harder, because their words are spelt stupidly.〕
