厳密に言えば、生まれ（もしくは出自）がラテンアメリカの者は漏れなくラティーノ/ラティーナにあたります。いわゆる「人種」的な区分ではなく地域的な区分なのであって。 〔Technically, a Latino/Latina is anyone born in (or originating from) Latin America. It doesn't denote "racial" ethnicity, but regional ethnicity.〕
